Why do accounts get banned?
Examples of this may include, but are not limited to:
- Cheating or utilization of exploits within our games or through the Mythical Marketplace
- Harassment or inappropriate player behavior within our games or towards our community, staff, or partners
- Engaging in, promoting, or participating in fraudulent and/or otherwise unlawful behavior within our games or on the Mythical Marketplace
Does Mythical have policies around transferring funds, or virtual items between players?
“The sale or transfer of Virtual Items is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the applicable Game or App. Other than as expressly authorized in the applicable Game or App, you shall not sell, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items to any person or entity, including but not limited to Company, another user or any third party.”
Why does Mythical have restrictions around the transfer of funds, or virtual items between users?
These restrictions are in place in accordance with industry standard Anti-Money Laundering protocols, as well as to maintain compliance with other financial regulations.
Additionally, they are in place to protect our users and our community from falling victim to collusion scams, payment card fraud, crypto scams, or any other scam that may result in financial loss, extortion, or data compromise.

Does Mythical Inc. share details of a player’s ban, suspension, or other account action(s) taken with other players?
No. We take community and privacy seriously and will not disclose any information regarding another player to anyone else.
Another player asked me for my login credentials, can I share them?
No, do not ever share your login credentials with anyone.

A player may petition to have the circumstances of their ban reviewed by contacting Mythical Customer Support and they will forward the request to the appropriate team(s). However, all ban appeal requests are subject to further review, and submitting a ban appeals request does not guarantee that the account will be unbanned or unblocked.
Can I retrieve my items or assets if my account has been banned, suspended, or limited in any manner?
