Why do accounts get banned?
Here at Mythical, we regard community involvement as essential to our success and take the safety of all players seriously. In an effort to maintain the safety of our community, some players may be banned, suspended, or have other actions taken on their accounts if they are found to be in violation of the Mythical Terms of Use.
Examples of this may include, but are not limited to:
- Cheating or utilization of exploits within our games or through the Mythical Marketplace
- Harassment or inappropriate player behavior within our games or towards our community, staff, or partners
- Engaging in, promoting, or participating in fraudulent and/or otherwise unlawful behavior within our games or on the Mythical Marketplace
Does Mythical have policies around transferring funds, or virtual items between players?
Yes, by registering for a Mythical account each user has unconditionally agreed to the following terms within the Mythical Terms of Use:
“The sale or transfer of Virtual Items is prohibited except where expressly authorized in the applicable Game or App. Other than as expressly authorized in the applicable Game or App, you shall not sell, redeem or otherwise transfer Virtual Items to any person or entity, including but not limited to Company, another user or any third party.”

Why does Mythical have restrictions around the transfer of funds, or virtual items between users?
These restrictions are in place in accordance with industry standard Anti-Money Laundering protocols, as well as to maintain compliance with other financial regulations.
Additionally, they are in place to protect our users and our community from falling victim to collusion scams, payment card fraud, crypto scams, or any other scam that may result in financial loss, extortion, or data compromise.

Will violating the Terms of Use result in a ban, suspension, or other action(s) taken on my account?
Yes, Mythical Inc. reserves the right to take action against users who violate the Terms of Use at their sole discretion. However, the terms or duration of the ban, suspension, or other account action(s) may vary based on the severity of the violation.
Users that have had their account banned, suspended, or limited in any other manner may petition to have their ban lifted if they feel they were not in direct violation of the Terms of Use. The decision to lift a ban is solely that of Mythical Games, and any decision may be deemed final.
Does Mythical Inc. share details of a player’s ban, suspension, or other account action(s) taken with other players?
No. We take community and privacy seriously and will not disclose any information regarding another player to anyone else.
Another player asked me for my login credentials, can I share them?
No, do not ever share your login credentials with anyone.

I have been banned by Mythical Inc. for violating the Terms of Use, what should I do now?
A player may petition to have the circumstances of their ban reviewed by contacting Mythical Customer Support and they will forward the request to the appropriate team(s). However, all ban appeal requests are subject to further review, and submitting a ban appeals request does not guarantee that the account will be unbanned or unblocked.
Mythical Inc. reserves the right to permanently ban any user that violates the Mythical, or any affiliated partner’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or any other governing policies or regulations that may apply.
Can I retrieve my items or assets if my account has been banned, suspended, or limited in any manner?
If players are permanently banned, temporarily suspended, or if their accounts are limited in any manner due to violation of the Terms of Use, Mythical reserves the right to limit or remove access to items or assets associated with infringing accounts.
